WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 48hrs for your order to be dispatched. We are working as fast as we can to get your purchase to you.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

All deliveries are via Australia Post (no PO Boxes). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE

Australia: You can choose your delivery preference via text notification.

International: Shipments via DHL allow signature release options once your parcel reaches your country.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER

You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by a dispatch email with your tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

I WROTE THE WRONG SHIPPING DETAILS/ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/NEED TO CANCEL - WHAT DO I DO?

We cannot change, cancel, or update orders once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK – WHAT CAN I DO?

Sign up for notifications on the product page. You’ll be alerted via email when your chosen item or size becomes available.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, on full priced items returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached. Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM/WRONG ITEM – WHAT DO I DO?

Send photos of the fault or the incorrect item to our support team at hello@huzzahworld.com.au. We will promptly arrange a full refund or replacement.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Huzzah cannot be responsible for lost packages.
