Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, you may return eligible items under the following exchange and return conditions:
EXCHANGES
Shopping with HUZZAH should feel easy, confident and stress free. We want you to find your perfect fit, so every customer will receive one free exchange per paid order. Try on at home. One free exchange. Quick turnaround.
ELIGIBILITY
- One exchange per paid order.
- No postage costs, we'll cover the return label and the cost of shipping your new order back out to you.
- Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, no marks or damage. with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
- We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
- Once your exchange has been processed and delivered, the order is final and can’t be exchanged again or refunded.
PROCESS
Contact us at hello@huzzahworld.com.au with your exchange request and we will get the process started. Make sure you include your order number in your email request.

- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, or altered items.
RETURNS
ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS
- Approved returns will be issued as a refund to the original payment method.
PROCESS
- Submit your return request by logging into your HUZZAH customer account, or clicking on 'view your order' within your shipment confirmation email.
- Within the Orders page, select 'request refund'.
- You will then receive an email from us with our warehouse address details and next steps to complete the return - please allow up to 24hours to receive this email.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the item.
- We recommend using a tracked service so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
- You have 7 days to return your item from the date of the return confirmation email.
- Please notify us at hello@huzzahworld.com.au of your tracking details.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and details at hello@huzzahworld.com.au. Faulty returns will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
