THINGS TO NOTE
Our Express and Standard shipping is done with 'authority to leave'. This allows for your order to be left in a safe location when no one is at home. If the courier deems that there is no safe location, the order will be brought to the nearest post office and a card left with further instructions on how to collect.
Your order will be processed, packed and shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.
We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to be familiar with these fees.
Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or address, your order will be cancelled and you can repurchase again online.
We strictly do not re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
As a small business we're unable to cover the cost of return shipping fees for international orders at this time. All international return shipping fees are the responsibly of the customer.

All International orders are shipping by Australia Post. Once it reaches the destination country, it is then handed over to your local postal service for delivery.
Please contact us for a postage quote if you would like your order sent via express.

International Custom Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or custom fees.
Huzzah DOES NOT cover any duties, customs fees. Any customs fees, taxes or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Depending on the purchase price of your order this may mean you are asked by customs to pay an additional fee in order to receive your item. These possible costs are not included in the cost of your item/s or shipping fee.
